The Opportunity
Bella Nails & Lashes is a well-established, high-traffic salon located in Montecito Crossing at the busy intersection of N. Durango Dr and W Deer Springs Way. With over years of success, we’ve built a loyal and consistent clientele, primarily from the Summerlin area who are courteous, mid-to-high end, and known for tipping generously. We’re currently seeking passionate and energetic nail, hair, lash, and waxing specialists to join our growing dream team.
You
Must be licensed in Nevada as a Nail Technician, Esthetician or Cosmetologist.
Nails: Ability to do a variety of nail services including manicure/pedicure, gel-x, acrylic, dip powder, polygel, hard gel…etc
Ability to do nail art is a plus
Fluent in English
Have personal transportation
Responsibilities
Provide beauty services in a professional and polite manner.
Ability to use Salon’s Point of Sale application to check out clients.
Ability to communicate well in English with clients.
Light cleaning and organize your own personal space and tools.
Responsible and able to work as a team with other team members.
*Must have nail/hair/barber/esthetician/cosmetology license.
Compensation and Benefits
Your success here depends on your skills and experience. If you're already experienced and have an existing clientele, you'll transition smoothly into our environment. We provide all the essential supplies for every major nail system on the market. For those just starting out, we offer free hands-on training, allowing you to earn while you learn and grow your craft.
At our salon, experienced individuals can typically earn between $1,300–$2,300 per week, plus tips. Newer individuals starting out can expect to earn around $500–$900 per week, plus tips, as they build their skills and clientele. *Must have nail/hair/barber/cosmetology license.
